<Online> Exhibitor Briefing & Booth Allocation Lotter

For this event, the "Exhibitor Briefing" and "Booth Allocation Lottery" will be held online via Zoom.
Please note that the Zoom meeting will be conducted in Japanese only; exhibitors joining from overseas should be aware of this.
Details regarding the lottery and participation procedures will be announced at a later date.
The lottery process involves determining the order of booth selection through a random draw system based on the booth numbers applied for.
If an exhibitor is unable to participate in the booth allocation lottery, the organizer will handle the allocation at their discretion, based on a letter of proxy, after the lottery process has concluded.
If only one company applies for a specific booth, no lottery will be held; the booth location will be determined based on the standard booth layout.
The organizer will provide the necessary documents for exhibition procedures, such as the "Booth Decoration/Installation Notice" and the "Application for Lighting and Power Supply Installation."
Additionally, once the booth allocation is finalized, notification materials and layout diagrams will be sent to you.
