|Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition|
|■Eligibility of an Exhibitor
Business holders involved in fishing equipment and fishing related products.
Those who are recognized as improper by the organizer will be denied participation.
|■Scope of the Exhibits
① Fishing equipment, and fishing related leisure goods, information, tourism, service, education, and so on.
② If the organizer determines that on exhibit is not proper for the show, it may ask the business owner to withdraw part or all of their exhibit.
③ The following materials are prohibited from exhibition:
a. Materials that may pollute water and/or harm the natural environment
b. Products that encourage overfishing
c. Materials that may be combustible and/or explode. Materials that may cause extreme odors and/or noise
d. Water tanks or containers with a total quantity of 1,000 liters or more
e. Materials/Goods that infringe on someone’s intellectual property rights
|■Prohibition of spot sales
The organizer prohibits exhibitors from selling products at their exhibition booths, including mail-order and teleshopping.
However, sales and catalogue sales at the corners of the [Fishing Tool Spot Sales] and [Book and Video Sales] areas, as well as those allowed by the organizer, are not included in this category.
After applying to the exhibition, no cancellations are allowed.
Even if the exhibitor cancels their participation, the pre-participation fee won't be refunded.
*When an exhibitor cancels their participation after the booth allotment is completed, they must pay the entire booth charge.
|■Subleasing, trading, transferring, or exchanging of exhibition booth(s)
Exhibitors cannot sublet, trade, transfer or exchange part of or all their booth space without the consent of the organizer.
When an exhibitor or any of their delegates cause any damage to others, the exhibitor will take the entire responsibility for bearing compensation.
|■Carrying in and out exhibits
During the show period, exhibitors cannot carry in and out, remove and move their exhibits without the organizer's permission.
It is the exhibitors' responsibility to manage and clean their exhibits and booths.
The period for carrying exhibits in and out as well as the setting up of exhibits and decoration of booths will be found in the Exhibition Guidance at the booth allotment drawing .
|■ Operation and indemnification
・To ensure smooth operation of the show, the organizer is allowed to add or change matters which are not listed in the Exhibition Guidance.
・Exhibitors must set up and operate their booths following the contents of Rules and Regulation of the Exhibition, and the Exhibition Guidance. If an exhibitor breaches these rules, the organizer may ask the exhibitor to withdraw their exhibit. In such a case, the organizer may rescind the exhibiting space and the exhibition fee (booth fee) will not be refunded.
・The organizer will manage the exhibition site during the show from preparation to removal under a contract with a security company. However, the organizer takes no responsibility for damage, loss and/or theft of exhibits. These must be the responsibility of each exhibitor.

|1) Application for exhibition To apply for exhibition, please contact the office of the Osaka Fishing Tackle Cooperative Association by e-mail.

2)Deadline for Exhibitor Application
August 31 (Fri.), 2018
Please fill out a designated “Application form” and apply to the organizer.
Please send the application form by regular mail.
Applicants can send application forms by FAX, but make sure to contact us immediately afterwards by telephone to notify us that you sent it.
3)Deadline for Deposit Payment
September 7 (Fri.), 2018
The organizer will send the applicant a billing statement, which is also the confirmation of application.
Upon receiving the billing statement, please make the deposit payment (half of the booth fee including consumption tax). After the organizer confirms the payment, it will send the invitation for the drawing to determine booth locations.
If the organizer doesn’t receive the deposit payment, it will determine that the applicant is not participating in the exhibition and won’t invite the applicant for the booth allotment drawing.
4)Booth Allotment Drawing
October 9 (Tue.), 2018
① The organizer will send applicants an invitation note as well as a base figure sheet regarding booth information with consideration to the types of exhibits and booth sizes before the drawing. <Drawing site: Shikibo Hall (3-2-6, Bingo-cho, Chuo-ku, Osaka City)>
② The organizer will distribute the Exhibition Guidance attached with a report form of exhibits, decorative work, electric availability, sound and other matters (booklet). Details of the exhibition site and its operation will be explained at the site for the booth allotment drawing.
※ After the booth allotment, an official letter will notify the allotment of booths, layout and a billing statement for the remaining payment.
5)Deadline for Remaining Payment
November 30 (Fri.), 2018
Based on the billing statement sent with the official letter for the allotment of booths, the exhibitors pay the remaining booth fee.
If payment isn’t made, the organizer may reject the applicant’s participation in the exhibition.
※ Due to the formation of the exhibition site, the Management Committee may ask exhibitors to increase or decrease their number of booths.
※ After applying to the exhibition, no cancellation is allowed. Even if the exhibitor cancels their participation, the deposit payment won’t be refunded.
※ If the exhibitor cancels their participation after booth allotment is completed, they must pay the entire booth charge.
|Payment of the exhibition fee of balance|
|The e, based exhibition fee of balance is to be completed by: November 30, 2017
Please pay the exhibition fee of balancon the bill for the exhibition fee of balance, which will be sent together with the notification materials on booth settlement. An applicant who does not complete the payment may not be allowed to exhibit.
|Points for attention concerning application for and cancellation of exhibition|
|* Considering the general hall layout, the organizer may request increase or decrease in your booths.
* Exhibition cannot be canceled once application has been filed. If exhibition is to be canceled for special reasons, advance payment will not be refunded.
* For cancellation after the booth settlement, the outstanding payment must also be fulfilled.
|■Type of Booth Space
① Size of 1 booth: 3m width x 3m depth = 9m2 (approximate size)
② Types of booths are following 21 types. An exhibitor cannot apply for multiple booths across an aisle.
※ If an exhibitor applies for more than a 20 booth space, it will be considered an “island partition space"
※ Please note that the 2 x 2 type 4 booth space “type (b)” might not be available at times.
※ If an exhibitor is planning to exhibit in a larger than 50 booth space, please consult with the organizer.
※ In the case of a 50 booth space exhibition, it is possible to use space across an aisle. Please consult with the organizer.
|■Booth (partition space) Fee
Standard booth space fee includes partition panels, nameplates, and 1 (one) 40 watt light in the booth. Exhibitor must bear the costs for decorations other than the above mentioned items, including design and work for exhibiting stand(s), equipment, lighting (electricity in the booth) and plumbing work.
Also, electricity, water and telephone costs will be borne by the exhibitor
